ASSIGNMENT: Ancient Music Blog Post

Instructions:

* Research and write a blog post about ancient music prior to the Medieval Period.
* Your post should explain how music was used during this time.
* Site specific examples of instruments, events, cultures, & musicians.
* Target post length is 400 words
* You are expected to include appropriate embedded pictures.
* You are expected to link to sites that you use as sources within the text of your post.
* What is your opinion of music of ancient times. Give your commentary within the post, or at the end its own section.

This assignment is due by the end of school Friday, October 2nd.

Welcome to a new Music Appreciation Experience!

I'd like to take this opportunity to say how excited to use the blogging platform for publishing Music Appreciation research at Greenbrier East High School. I look forward to reading all of the student posts and checking them out.

To begin - Here is a new assignment:

Go into your layout tab and customize the layout by adding gadgets.

Add a Blog List Gadget. Name it something like "My class blog list"

Add my Blog to your blog list, then add everyone else's url in the class.

Now you will be able to follow everyone's blog as it is updated!
